    ICB Islamic Bank Ltd is a growing Shariah based commercial bank in Bangladesh, is looking for dynamic individual who is capable to take over the responsibilities of the Branch Operation Manager of the Bank.
Job Description / Responsibility
  • Day to day branch operational activities
  • Ensure proper service for customer for all Branch service related issues
  • Ensure proper control/compliance in branch as per bank’s operations policy
  • Counseling & coaching to the all subordinates and update them accordingly
  • Provide feedback to the unit update & monitor their performance

Educational Requirements
  • Masters/ MBA from any reputed university.
  • For experience candidate educational requirements may be flexible.
Experience Requirements
  • At least 7 year(s)
  • The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
    General Banking, Branch Management
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
    Banks
Job Requirements
  • At least 07 years banking experience including 02 years as Operations Manager.
  • Working experience in any Shariah based bank shall be considered as added qualification.
  • Adequate knowledge about the products & services of financial market.
  • Well conversant in English and good computer knowledge is desirable.
  • Good interpersonal skill.
  • Ability to work under pressure.

  • Market Survey to explore business opportunity
  • Achieve individual monthly sales targets in terms of asset & liability
  • Analyze the credit worthiness of the potential borrower
  • Analyze and inspect the market accurately to enhance business growth
  • Ensure high quality of services by recognizing and selecting accurate customers
  • Act as the single point of contact between the bank and customers
